Trying to lose weight sucks

I am so tired of always trying to lose weight. It's exhausting. I am always hungry and yet the weight doesn't come off. What gives? Ugh!

Sorry, I'm just venting. It's beyond aggravating to be dieting and yet not lose weight. I think I might have to go back to doing low carb since WW isn't really working for me and low carb is the only thing that has ever really worked. Plus I should probably start doing more vigorous workouts.

  • Right with you sister! I've been having issues dropping down from my pregnancy weight. I gained some weight after having 3 miscarriage and depression and when I received D's BFP I was 20lbs heavier then I like to be. I am trying my hardest to get those 20lbs off, but it won't budge. What ever happen to our weekly weigh ins?? I don't see them anymore.

    Seriously. I need to drop about 20 lbs and today I am STARVING!! I want to eat everything in sight. It's hard, I am right there with you!

    You are not alone!! The holidays killed me! I was doing so well with WW, but then I "cheated" over the holidays and have been off track ever since. 

     

  • One of my friends who did WW unsuccessfully had a lot more success with filling her plate with 2/3 veggies (the other 1/3 was carbs, meat combined) and buying a heart rate monitor/calorie counter for the gym.  She said knowing how many calories she was always burning motivated her to work harder, plus since it was a heart rate monitor it would keep her in the fat burning zone her entire workout.

    Weight Watchers never worked for me, I honestly felt like it made me eat more than I did before.  I also didn't like the emphasis on packaged foods and fake foods.
