I find that if I go for daily walks and eat more iron-rich foods (spinach, red meat, etc), I have much more energy. I think exhaustion comes with the territory, but just make sure you are getting a good nights sleep and eating well!
Exercise works for me. It's torture trying to get myself to the gym but it always makes me feel better.

Today in particular I'm exhausted. Anytime I have off a Monday it just elongates the week somehow. You lean on me, I'll lean on you and we'll both stay awake. lol
