Thumbs way up for customer service at AngelCare

Our LCD screen burnt out which made all of the features unusable.  My mom set the temperature alarm by accident and we had to listen to an hour of the alarm while trying to figure out how to deactivate it.  If I wouldn't have figured it out blindly without the screen, the whole monitor would have been garbage.

I emailed Angelcare and despite being a year past warranty (and beyond the extended warranty) they are sending us a new unit.  YIPPEE!!
