Going back to court again at 9am tomorrow for child support. My ex and his lawyer filed a motion to vacate the previous order. Why can't hI'm soo sick of going to court already. It's terrible!!! I just want to be done with all the court stuff.

I understand that you are tired of the Court stuff.  I'm sure your lawyer explained that it's better they file a Motion to Vacate now as opposed to 3 months from now, because quite truthfully (as much as you may not want to hear this) he's entitled to his day in Court.  At least this way it will be settled properly, and there won't be room for modification later (unless there's a change in circumstances) or use the excuse of "I wasn't there".  It was his own original filing that was denied because of his failure to appear, right?  So his lawyer and he will have fun trying to explain that.  Again, at least now it will be completely settled and you can properly move forward.

Depending on how much back cs he owes (if any) the court may lower his monthly payment and raise his repayment. Anytime my ex tries to get his lowered, they crank up the back repayment and he ends up paying more. He finally just gave up. But, this is Texas...and Texas is hard on Dead Beat Dads.

I wish you luck and strength to keeping pushing through the crap. I know it sucks and is hard, but as I have learned (thank you counsler) we will only win and become stronger if we keep on pushing - I know you are tired but keep on pushing through!
