Hasn't been done in a while: WFD?

We've been crazy busy the last couple of weeks with the holidays, visiting family, traveling, etc. As a result we've all been eating like crap (daily doses of cheesecake, donuts and cookies, anyone?) The kids have been whiny and complaining frequently of tummy aches. Now that all of the excitement has died down it's time for us to get back on track with eating decently.

This week for us in no particular order:

BBQ chicken legs, baked sweet potatoes and a salad

Salmon and asparagus baked in a parchment paper bag

Chicken and rice soup

Quiche and a salad

Squash and white bean soup

Re: Hasn't been done in a while: WFD?

  • I'm visiting my parents with the boys right now and will fly back tomorrow, so I honestly have no idea what we'll eat the rest of the week. For tonight I'm making slow cooker pork chops. Not sure what we'll do on the side. Probably some roasted asparagus.
