We've been crazy busy the last couple of weeks with the holidays, visiting family, traveling, etc. As a result we've all been eating like crap (daily doses of cheesecake, donuts and cookies, anyone?) The kids have been whiny and complaining frequently of tummy aches. Now that all of the excitement has died down it's time for us to get back on track with eating decently.
This week for us in no particular order:
BBQ chicken legs, baked sweet potatoes and a salad
Salmon and asparagus baked in a parchment paper bag
Chicken and rice soup
Quiche and a salad
Squash and white bean soup

Otherwise I'm making ravioli and spaghetti squash with marinara sauce, meatloaf and mashed potatoes, sloppy joes and oven fries, salmon and rice with a veg, homemade pizza, salsa chicken with rice and beefy noodles over the next couple weeks (I plan 2 weeks at a time).
We are doing a vegan thing so from our asana...
