Are you sure the spotting is coming from your vagina? If you get hemorrhoids they can cause some bleeding.
This. And if you are having constipation issues causing you to have to strain, you may want to talk to your doctor about a safe stool softener or drink some juice regularly to make it easier to go.
Yes, if it's light spotting and only when you poop, it could be normal. It could be hemmies, it could be anything.
Bring it up at your next appointment if your concerned and in the meanwhile, eat more fiber.
Little Man (4 years old---holy cow) He's the single greatest thing I've done in my life and reminds me daily of how fun (and funny) life can be. He's turned out pretty swell for having such a heartless and evil mother.
That happened to me really early on (like 3 weeks) during a BM and the doctor said I was fine. When I researched it then, it seemed like it was fairly common. I agree with people telling you to just tell ur doctor. I'm sure it's fine though.
I've had it happen in previous pregnancies, at about 4 weeks and 8 weeks, but not as far along as you. It was from my cervix and the strain of pushing during the BM. Like the others said, ask your doctor, but it's probably nothing to worry about!
