Stiff Neck

Hi All,

I haven't had a problem with sickness/sleeping but all of a sudden (3 nights in a row now) I wake up with the worst stiff neck. I'm sleeping as normal, no pillow changes. Anybody else experiencing this? Got any good remedies? I have a microwavable bean bag thing I've been putting on but it isn't helping as much as I had hoped.

I've been having the same issue. I try to stretch out or do my yoga video. Those Icy Hot patches are amazing though; I keep one on almost the whole day so that I smell really sexy.

I've had this same issue, but my husband gives a wicked neck rub, so between that and tylenol, i'm making do. I just hate waking up with the headache from the stiff neck and having to wait half the morning so that my stomach settles down enough for me to actually take the tylenol.

Take a bath towel and roll it up so it is the length of your pillow, then put it in your pillow case and position it so your neck is laying on it. This will help get your neck in the position it should be in. Should help. You can also buy pillows that do this same thing from a chiropractor. Love mine, anytime I start getting a stiff neck I do this.

I had this issue Friday morning, but I also had such pain and a knot like a knot in the muscle and it hurt do bad I cried a few times. It has calmed down and it's just a little stiff but nothing helped. Icy hot and Tylenol were useless.
