Whats in your lunch box? Wow I was looking up all the things I cant eat during pregnancy. Holey wow. How are you ladies keeping things healthy and interesting at lunch and still following all the rules?
I've been addicted to soups for the past few weeks so chicken noodle has been my best friend. I've also been big on all fruit. I've been craving fresh but I've also been eating some dried to help with the prenatal side-effects.

Today was deli chicken, bacon, cheese, tomato and mustard on whole wheat white bread. Normally it is a salad with some turkey or chicken and cheese with a little bit of fruit and some yogurt. Kind of boring but fills me up and keeps my eating in check to make sure I don't gain unnecessary weight. I only gained 23 pounds last time and lost it all within 2 weeks of delivery. I am shooting for the same thing again, if not less since I am overweight to begin with.
For the first few weeks I ate whatever I could keep down. Now that m/s has started to die off a little I've been trying to eat a little healthier, but I'm not getting to carried away. Pretty much everything is fine in moderation and as long its prepared the way it should be. Of course there are some exceptions but making sure you and your baby are getting enough nutrients is the most important thing.
