What is the best stuff to use for stretch marks? I had a Pure Romance consultant get me some of their stuff called "Save your Skin"
Anyone had any luck? My mother has a beach condo and I would really like to get back into a swimsuit and not look like a roadmap
Re: Getting ready for stretch marks
Most people will tell you that it's all genetics and there's nothing you can do. That being said, moisturizing is great for an itchy, growing tummy and it does make me feel better to know that I'm at least trying to prevent them.
I love Mama Mio tummy oil. I used it through my whole pregnancy with DS and I'm using it this time around too. They also have a tummy butter if you don't want an oil.med-free birth x2, breastfeeding, baby wearing SAHM

I used Oil of Olay body wash with shea butter everyday in the shower to keep my skin moisturized. I had no stretch marks or itchy skin until delivery. The day after delivery, a band of stretch marks appeared on my lower belly, but they eventually faded away and there is no evidence that they were ever there.
For what it's worth, my Ob-Gyn and dermatologist both said there is absolutely nothing you can put on your skin to prevent or reduce the incidence of stretch marks. They said they occur much deeper than any topical lotion will ever reach, so any product that claims it reduces stretch marks is not being completely truthful.
