Any of ya'll have any tasty ground beef recipes? It's what's for dinner tonight but I'm not feeling inspired. Any suggestions?

I am making fritos, enchiladd sauce, Mexican cheese, black beans, salsa, and green chilli casserole in my bean pot. I'll let you know how it turns out.
Orherwise, meatloaf or spaghetti is my go-to.
