Ringing in my ear is killing me..

I woke up this morning with horrible ringing in my right ear. I just read that its normal because of the increased blood flow when you are pregnant but its driving me crazy, giving me a headache, and making me nauseous....

Ugh! Anyone else experiencing this? Anyone find anything that has helped?

I'm sorry!  I don't have the ringing in my ears, but I do have the headaches.  Feel better!
