Well I got my second Beta in today, I really am not sure what to think about it. The nurse didn't sound too pleased, but from what I was reading it doesn't sound THAT bad. She want's me to go back Tuesday and wants to see it above 200. I'm not sure ladies, give me your input.

12/28 (12dpo) - 23
12/30 (14dpo) - 70
PCOS, Severe Hypertension, Diabetic. Started TTC in 2007.
(12-2011) 5MG Femara (CD 3-7) w/ Repronex (CD 8-16) HCG trigger (CD 17) = BFP!!

    Tripling is good to me!  Fx for a great third beta!
    Me: 30, Dx Unexplained/hypothalamic amenorrhea
    DH: 31, normal!
    April/May 2011: Menopur + Ovidrel +TI = BFN
    Oct 2011: Menopur + Hcg +IUI = BFP!
    Beta #1 (13dpiui)= 129.7, Beta #2 (15 dpiui)= 305

    It more than doubled. That's great news! My betas started low too. At 14dpo mine was 49. I wouldn't worry unless your RE says to worry. But so far, I've had a healthy pregnancy and everything has been fine!

    5/10 - 1st IVF cycle - BFN
    FET - 10/12/10 - BFN
    1/11 - IVF with PGD - BFN
    IVF - May - BFN
    6/11 New RE - fingers crossed!
    9/11 - IVF - 4 transferred
    10/13 - BFP!!
    It's a boy! Clint Michael, Due in June!!!

    i think you are fine based on betas a lone...it more than doubled.  anything can happen but those arent bad numbers.  you cant listen to nurses - they are dumb, they dont know anything about IF.

    That looks good to me... the doubling is what matters- and you are well above that.

    Thank you all for the responses, it is putting my mind at ease :) I also thought that it was good since it doubled but the nurse just made me doubt it all with her reaction, she didn't say it was bad, but she made it sound like that. But maybe I am just over analyzing everything. I just never thought it would ever happen and I'm terrified to lose it! 

    Naybird - That is such a relief to hear that you started that low and are doing good, I was so worried but you gave me some hope!

    At 15dpo (technically 12dp3dt), mine was 66 and my nurse just wanted it to be over 50. 48 hours later, it was 218, so there's no reason to think anything bad at this point.

    After 22 cycles and 4 failed IUIs, Serafina joined our family through IVF/ICSI, born 8.28.12
    Our surprise baby, Juliette, is due 12.8.14!

    Those numbers look fantastic!!  If you want to see some low betas, mine are in my siggy (at 15 dpo it was 29 and at 17 dpo it was only 60).  Anyhow, the most important thing is appropriate rise.  They want to see it double within 72 hours.  Yours almost tripled in 48!!

    ~SAIF/PAIF/Everyone Welcome~ 

    Me= 37 and DH = 41 

    Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)

    IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN

    IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.

    IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132.  Lil is here!

    TTC#2:  Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.

    IVF #4:  BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #5:  MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #6:  (New RE):  Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN

    FET#1:  BFN

    Thank you all for the responses! I have never been pregnant before and I'm so scared that it is going to end in a M/C! I just want it to go as smoothly as possible, it took me 4 and 1/2 years to get my first BFP, so I'm terrified to lose it.
