Have a cold.....supply ?

I have a cold and I haven't taken anything because I didn't want my supply to decrease and I figured I could fight it with just drinking LOTS of water, vitamin C and getting as much rest as possible.  I didn't realize my supply would drop anyway!?!?!  Is it likely to come back to what it was?  What can I do?

ETA:  I normally pump one side in the AM and feed DS with the other.  I'm thinking of skipping the pump today, so there is enough for his next feeding.  Bad idea?

    Mne dips every time I'm sick! It takes me about 2 weeks to get it back to normal with fenugreek and lots of water. When I had surgery it took lo longer to get it back up (1 mth) is probably feed, then pump to try to get it back up and still hav enough for LO
