Ex BFrs- TMI ? for you

It's been 2 1/2 years since I've BF'd, yet I still have what seems like permanent crust for nipple pores.I'm not talking just a film, it's hard chunks like they are part of my boobs now. Is this normal? My OB has not examined them during this pg so I don't know, and always forget to have her check them. I hope I don't sound like a freak but it's bothering me LOL

Yep, I had it too and asked my OB.  Totally normal.  She said you can pick it off (like after the shower), but it's not necessary.

Thanks. When I pick it off (which hurts) it always comes back. So weird!

I've only been an exBFer for a few weeks..........but I've noticed that too.

Plus, I swear my boobs are smaller now than they were pre-pregnancy.  That sucks.

So glad you posted this.  It's been 8 months since I stopped and I have the same thing.  I was wondering if it will ever go away.
