We're getting one here. I don't shop @ the Nordstrom in the mall near work because I can't fathom finding anything I'd be able to afford. But from what I glean NR is kind of a Filene's Basement, which I miss terribly. Any experience with NR? Do they carry fluffy girl sizes? I'm a 22/24.

I've always found the plus size selection at Nordstrom Rack to be sparse at some stores to literally non-existant at others. But, they have a terrific shoe and purse selection, so it still might be worth it for those
I find that if I shop the sales rack at Nordstrom, especially if I look for their store brand, I can get some really good deals. I think they have the best plus sized department around.
Trying to grow our family with both fertility treatments and adoption since March 2009
I am also in RI and just heard that NR was coming! Warwick Mall, right?

I think they have a good shoe selection. Everything else (at mine) is kind of hit or miss.
I usually shop at Nordstrom online. They have crazy good deals, especially at the Anniversary and Half Yearly sale. It's not as expensive as say Saks. DH buys almost all of his dress shirts there (Nordstrom brand, non-iron). They hold up well and during sales, I get them for around $40.
LOL - I don't know why this made me giggle. I you DW!

It is similar to Filene's. I find that the inventory is hit or miss. DH likes it but for women's clothing I can't seem to ever find anything I like. Although their shoe and purse section is pretty good (as a PP mentioned).
Pursing Domestic Infant Adoption through a local agency. In the meantime, our dog is our baby. Bumping from Portland, Oregon.

Yes! I did not know you were in RI! Who's your RE (if you don't mind telling)? PM me or email: anasara79@gmail.com.
