I have pretty severe OAS, and my reaction is violent vomiting if I eat any raw veggies or fruits (even salad!) Mine has worsened over time, so my last pregnancy, I was still able to eat lettuce. What things are YOU eating to get some decent nutrition? (I might add, I'm not actually at the point where m/s will allow me to eat anything resembling veggies and fruit, but I am looking for ideas.) I can do cooked veggies and canned fruits (like mandarin oranges) because the heat of pasteurization changes the evil whatever that gives me the reaction.
Happy to hear suggestions!

sorry to butt in, but I have experience with OAS
Not that you can do this while pregnant, but have you talked with your allergist about immunotherapy once you give birth? While you can't do IT for actual food allergies, OAS is typically tied to trees/pollens (but the reactions come from food) and you might be able to gear the IT that way to reduce your reactions.
Again, I'm just a dirty lurker, but thought that might help!
