I'm thinking of buying some (they're a paper towel replacement for use when you're out and about), but I'm trying to figure out why they'd be better or easier than just bringing any old towel with you. (Or whether I'd need to have a whole wet bag setup, which might be a PITA).

After checking out the website, I don't understand how it's any different than bringing normal towels with you (hand towels, dish towels, etc). I don't think a wet bag is mandatory, but I can see how it could be helpful instead of using wet wipes and such for messy kiddos.
