Your H is an attorney so could you ask his opinion on online wills. Are they binding enough to hold up in court? That is what people are suggesting we do, but since we are dealing with guardianship I want it airtight.
i wish i could be joking but my dad is the music teacher at a church so he owuld be mad. we had sex, all the time how bad i know but we dont want to wait and he said GREAT OH KAY! and I was really feeling the wets? down there- too embarsed to say- but he acted like man.
Re: LilyPotter
I totally have to butt in here. Maybe LilyPotter will answer too... I am an estate planning attorney, and I have to say that I have seen so many issues with online wills and other forms, that I would say it is definitely worth going to an attorney to make sure your documents are done properly. Sometimes the biggest issue we see is that the wills aren't properly completed/signed, so they're rendered totally invalid.
