He was in pain, it was the type of sound I make when I have a migraine which is another concern for me because I have dealt with chronic headaches and migraines since I was a baby so of course I am worried that he is developing the same issue.

    Poor little guy!! When they're under 3-4 mos it seems like everything just hurts them so much. If only they could talk, right?

    Is he pulling his feet up at all or laying still groaning?

    Arching his back?

    If it were any of those I'd think it was feeding or gas issues. If not, then maybe you're right. He could have a headache.

    I guess in that case maybe some Tylenol would be worth a shot. If it were growing pains then Motrin might be more effective but like I mentioned, we never experienced pain with growth spurts.

    Nope no gas he was laying on DH's lap when he was acting like this, at first I thought it was gas but he kept bringing his hands up to his and stiffening up couple that with the groans and I am fairly sure it was either a headache or growing pains.

    Hmmm yeah that might be worth a call to your pedi just so see what they think. That's different from anything we've experienced.
