Me - PCOS (without insulin resistance, more like thin PCOS) DH - Slight motility issues
Good luck
It took over four years to be diagnosed with PCOS. We TTC #1 for 18 months, did 5 rounds of Clomid and finally moved onto IVF...which worked! Throughout our IF journey, we suffered 3 miscarriages. We conceived both DD and DS without treatment.
On all our paperwork, we're checked off as unexplained. But dh has slightly low morph and RE ended up thinking our IF was a fertilization issue because of that. So unexplained/MFI, I guess.
After 20 months, 3 Clomid cycles and 4 IUI cycles, IVF #1 with ICSI = BFP!
i have endometriosis and although we never thought DH had any issues we just found out at my RE 'graduating' appt yesterday that he has poor morph too. so IVF was the key for us. GL to you!
diagnosed with stage IV endo via lap surgery
IVF #1 - 27 eggs! 14 fertilized (3 natural, 11 ICSI) 5dt of A embryo, froze 6
BFP on 9/28!
Baby K born via surprise c-section after 15 hrs of labor and he is perfect!!
unexplained...they couldn't find a thing wrong with either of us. I always ovulated and DH's boys swam like champs. I think maybe I kill sperm but they don't test for that anymore.
I have mild lean PCOS (but ovulatory), endometriosis, and one tube (left lost to ectopic rupture, but the remaining one might not be in great shape either).
Me - Advanced maternal age, borderline high fsh, low antral follicle count leading my RE to believe that I have fewer good eggs left and that I'd be a poor responder to stims.
My husband - 0% morphology and slightly low motility.
Hope to see you over here soon!
Kelly, Mom to Christopher Shannon 9.27.06, Catherine Quinn 2.24.09, Trey Barton lost on 12.28.09, Therese Barton lost on 6.10.10, Joseph Sullivan 7.23.11, and our latest, Victoria Maren 11.15.12
Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then just pure, crazy luck. Expecting our fifth in May as the result of a FET.

Good luck
frozen transfer a success! boy #2 via VBAC
Unknown, although slight MFI, slightly high FSH, and I suspect a fertilization issue may have been the causes before.
Rose, what is your current plan?
diminished ovarian reserve/high fsh.
I did and my only diagnosis was 2 blocked tubes. My husband also had low morph.
We are unexplained.
Since IVF #1 with ICSI worked, my guess is that we have a problem with fertilization.
Clomid M/C 8 weeks 2/08 *IVF #1-DD born 3/09
*Surprise BFP-T18 baby lost at 13w 1/10 *FET #1-DS born 2/11
Severe MFI - low count, motility and morph.
GL to you!
No male issues.
Major case of IR and PCOS and severe uterine polyps.

This Cluttered Life
Stage IV endo & mild MTHFR for me; severe (enough to warrant IVF+ICSI on its own) MFI for DH.
GL!!
