1st ultrasound this morning

Just got back from our vacation in the Bahamas last night, and had our first ultrasound this morning at 5w2d.  Looks like we have one little bean in there!  I was convinced it was twins because of my high betas, but so far I am wrong!  Of course there is still a chance they will see another one when we go in next week.  We'll see

This all still feels so surreal -- I still can't believe I am pregnant and am constantly asking myself whether this is really real?!?  Wow.

YEAH! I wish my RE would do an early u/s so I can see what's in there. What were your betas? I think mine are pretty high, too and I'm dying to see if there are 1 or 2 in there! We go for our first u/s on Monday at 6 weeks, but hopefully at that point, we will hear the h/b as well.

Congrats on your wonderful u/s - it must make it feel more real now!

That is great! Congrats!! My first u/s was done at 5 weeks 5 days and even though you couldn't see much, it was still amazing. They only get better from here to watch the baby grow!
