Yes, it is a PIECE OF JUNK!! I can't believe the quality for that $$$! I ended up paying $170 because it was out of stock everywhere near me, I had gcs for it and my mom happened to find one after I looked 3 other places. I am jealous that you only paid $145 for it! 

Everything keeps breaking - like the stairwell, the thing that lets the doll walk up and down the steps, the magic carpet, the fairy godmother mobile, the bistro table. UGH! DD just had 2 friends for a playdate and I spent most of the time "fixing" things for them.

Also, is the clock supposed to do something? I thought from the ads that it chimed at midnight? The thing is also so darn huge!! 

My DD likes it well enough, but I don't know long it will last which is sad. We have a FP loving family dollhouse and it is amazing. It is very well built and good quality compared to this. It gets daily use and I have never had to fix anything on it that "broke".
