Hi

Right now I'm a SAHW, pregnant with our first. I will be a SAHM as soon as AJ gets here. My husband and I are also Foster Parents and we have already had one placement come and go this year, so I guess I already had a little taste of SAHM. Caleb was a verrrry active 2 year old. :P

I like to sew, quilt, and crochet and knit. I also used to volunteer at a group home for elderly women with Alzheimer's and Dementia. I also love to cook and bake and I like organization.

We struggled with infertility for years and had become Goster Parents with the hope of doing Foster to Adopt in the right situation and 2 weeks before I found out I was pregnant, we applied for Domestic Infant Adoption. And then, shockingly, we conceived on our own!!

So come March I will be a SAHM to our baby, I'm pretty sure we will be putting our house on hold for Foster Children until we get settled and used to parenting a newborn. It might be 6 months, it might be longer, we aren't sure, but it isn't something either of us feel up to with a newborn.
