Carroll County: Daytime activities for kiddos

MIL is our DCP and takes DD to Storytimem at the library now.  She's become increasingly agitated with sitting still for the story so MIL wants to find a new activity for her to do, about once a week.  Something ACTIVE but also done in a group.  She's 15 months old. 

Any suggestions?
