How early is too early on choc trifle & punch suggestions!

Looking for a fruity, yummy holiday punch.  I saw one on my recipe web site that looked yummy, but am always looking for other suggestions...the one I found had cranberries floating in it, so cute.  Also, how early is too early?  I'm making a chocolate layered trifle with the pudding & cool whip for Friday night..if I make it today, will it go bad by Friday you think?

  • I make this for every get together from fall through winter.  I absolutely love it.  I always put cranberries and orange slices in there.  I mix the juices together several days in advance and have them on hand and them mix with the ginger ale, as I serve it.

1 (32 fluid ounce) bottle apple juice, chilled

1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen cranberry juice concentrate

    1 cup orange juice

    1 1/2 liters ginger ale

  • And on the chocolate dessert, I would make it tomorrow.  Anything with pudding and/or cool whip is probably okay for a couple days, but it starts to get watery, and if you have any left overs after Friday, they'd probably be shot by Saturday or Sunday.
