Small photos for Hallmark ornaments?

Have you had luck turning a regular photo into a print small enough to fit inside those teeny Hallmark photo ornaments?  I was going to do an order through mpix but the shipping is 3 times the cost of the prints and I am getting 8 times the number of photos I need

Do you have any thumbnails that come with the pack when you get photos printed? We've used those for things like that before (lockets, etc).
