Terrible. Do not go there.
First of all, a session is only 10 minutes long--hardly enough time when there are children involved! The photographer was very friendly, but not interested in trying any photo ideas that I had brought with me. I paid $100 extra for the photos on CD and an another $25 for "overnight" delivery (Saturday session with Tuesday delivery), only to find that the CD was missing from my order. Customer Service had me on hold for over an hour trying to fix the problem, but still can't get the CD to me in a reasonable amount of time. I guess my relatives won't be getting any family photos for Christmas.
