Paxbaby rental?

Has anyone done a paxbaby rental? I sent my form and money on dec 3rd and have heard nothing. I have sent 2 emails now and am hoping to hear back from them but just wondered what u all have experienced if anything. I thought this was a great idea but now I'm wondering if I should just get my money back from pp. thanks for any insight.

    I did it and Jillian was super responsive. Did you do it through the mail or online? I did everything online with a credit card and it was very fast.
