Minky blanket, opinions.

I am going to make this blanket for DD's teacher. And I know it goes against everythings I stand for: give GC not stuff but, I love her and it will be special.

I have minky zebra and black and satin black.

Would you do:

two sides minky with black satin ruffle?

one side minky one side satin with no ruffle?
