More real estate t's and p's, please...

The showing apparently went really really well today.  It was supposed to happen at 2pm, and when we got home at 4:15 they were still here. 

We drove around for a few minutes, and were home by 4:30 and they were gone.

I'm thinking that a 2+ hour showing is a good sign.  How long could it possibly take to say 'no'?

My realtor says their realtor said they really liked the house and they will call him 1st of the week to let him know.

So...more t's and p's please...

I totally get that this is a selfish, first world kind of problem...and that it probably is undeserving of SAIF's attention, but I'm asking anyway

I'll just be here, sitting on my pins and my needles, and hoping and praying for the best...

Hoping this is "it"! Don't apologize, this is stressful stuff. What happened with the house you guys put an offer on? Did you go contingent?

I hope they give you a good offer, and that you can put this behind you. Thankfully, I've never had to sell a house, but I'm sure it's extremely stressful.

Yep...we have first right of refusal until March 15th.

GL! We sold our first house 5 years ago and it is stressful waiting for an offer and for it to go through.
