Why do I keep seeing red boxes in everyones siggies?

I have no idea, but it's totally annoying.  Especially since my sig pics are giant red boxes.

I don't know either, but suffering from it myself for 1 of 2 pics, even though they are from the same source!

I know people have been complaining about this since the format changed, but last night was the first time I started seeing red boxes.  I wish the nest would hurry up and fix this (or is it the bump now).
