Cheesecake, cookie assortment, and whatever desserts are leftover from Thanksgiving that got thrown in the freezer (usually a pumpkin pie or pecan pie or both).
I try to make one dessert for my parents and DH's liking. My dad loves butterscotch and my mom loves coconut and DH loves chocolate and coconut and the kids well, they love anything sweet.
This year I am making individual mini coconut pies and butterscotch pies. I am doing a hot cocoa bar set up and also sweet tamales and chocolate chip cookies

christmas eve (which i do) is usually chocolate cheesecake, lemon bars, a fruit trifle, and store bought cookies that people bring. this year it's looking like brownies from a box, unless my mom volunteers to watch the baby while i bake.
Usually we do cherry cheesecake. Last year we did homemade ice cream, but I'm switching it back to cheescake this year. We also pass around a tray of goodies that includes an assortment of cookies, fudge, krumkake, bars, and other treats.

I just bought two edwards frozen pies from the grocery store...they were BOGO...lazy way out I know, but Key Lime and Dark Chocolate pie sound better than anything I would be baking this year:)
