Any ideas what this might be?

Hi ladies, 1st time poster, long time lurker, woke up this morning and my right nipple was hurting, I looked and there is a small semi-hard very dark "bump"? on the very center of the actual nipple itself. I'm 36 weeks on Saturday and I've been leaking colostrum since 20 weeks if that helps any. My next appointment is Tuesday so I will have my OB look at it then but in the meantime any ideas what this could be?? Thanks in advance.

This may be silly but were you wearing a dark sleep shirt?  It's possible that you leaked a little and it got some fuzz built up.  It could also be dried blood from a small crack.  Whenever mine hurt, during pregnancy and while nursing, I would apply heat to my breast and give it a little massage.  Lanolin will help them from cracking and if you don't have LilyPadz you should get them - they are amazing and worth every cent (I give them to every soon-to-be mom I know and they have all loved them too).

I was wearing a pretty dark gray shirt but it doesn't look like fuzz, it could be dried blood, it has a sort of dark purple color to it, but it doesn't flake away like dried blood would, I will try some lanolin and massage it, thank you!

Sounds to me like montgomerys turbercules. These are bumps on the nipple which tend to get bigger with preg.

Update: I guess it was just dried blood, like a tiny hard ball of dried blood, gross I know! But it did come off with lanolin and a warm bath, and doesn't hurt anymore, so I will just mention it to my OB next week, thank you for your help ladies!
