I'm really intrigued by this product! I have one question though. I tend to be prone to YI when I wear pads, and I haven't worn tampons mush due to light flow. Would using a cup help or hurt with that?
I had less YI when I used the Diva. It's not absorbent by nature, it catches the menstrual flow, so I would think it would help avoid yeast infections. I use mine even when I have light flow.

I should add that you should be sure you're cleaning it really well to prevent re-infecting yourself with yeast, if you already have it.
This. If you have a YI, I would rec. microwaving/boiling some water on the stove top and pouring that over your cup after you've washed with soap and water.
Otherwise, I don't think it will make you more likely to get one. Like PP mentioned, it is not absorbent so it allows your vagina to do its job as a self cleaning environment. It also allows your skin to breathe unlike a plastic pad, so moisture isn't trapped.
I def. recommend taking the plunge and trying it! GL!
