Painter Recs?

Does anyone have any recommendations?  What is the average cost for a painter to paint interior rooms?

This is who my sister used -- I passed his info along to her after reading some good reviews for him on this board.  She said he had 33 years of experience and had great references (she checked them out).

Not sure exactly what his rates were but my sister had several quotes and his came in far below any of the others she received and he did an excellent job.
