Help! Need White Elephant gift idea

We are having a small gtg for my team for Christmas next Thursday. We are supposed to do a White Elephant gift no more than $15. My normal go-to would be an infinity scarf, but we actually have a dude on our team now, so I need a good gender neutral gift, preferably something that everyone will fight over

12 pack of beer???  Like 2 6 packs of fun/festive/yummy stuff?  Its heavy and its alcohol. Or bottle of wine?  Or bottle of Baileys?

Movie tickets?

How about a box with 15 dollar bills inside? Star bucks gift card, snuggie, hat with your towns sport emblem?

Lottery Tickets/scratch-offs? 

We do this every year for with my family....it is never the same things that get fought over.....sometime a cooking item (does the dude cook?) like a nice kitchen utensil?  You could find something at BBB for $20 and use a $5 off $15 or 20% off one item.  

Other ideas:K-Cups, Lunch Containers (The Container Store has awesome compartment containers or ones that have built in utensils), USB drive,  Nice snow scraper, Bath & Body Works Wallflowers or Scentportables or Room Spray.

Our Moms Club usually does starbucks GC's.

wine or liquor always go over well.  The last gtg we did with an  exchange like that, people fought over the wine bag without knowing for sure what was in it!
