An old co-worker of mine said if they had a boy they were gonna combine their names (husband & wife).....so her name is Heather, his is Jason.......baby boy's name would be..........Jather (sounds like Jay-ther).

Why do they think that's a good idea?  He's going to end up getting called Jather, except that it will rhyme with "lather."  Just for fun though, I gave the idea a go with our names.  Jamifer for a girl, Jemes for a boy.  Nice :P

I'd probably pronounce it to rhyme with 'lather', too. And looking at it written out, it totally reminds me of Jafar.

My friend (Jasmine) and her bf (David) used a smoosh name for their baby, Jada.  It's a legit name but Jada is a dog lol  She's their furbaby
