I don't understand much about that stuff. I had someone design a christmas card and the proof was good and I haven't heard back from them. I'm wondering if she considered the proof to be the final. I just wonder how it will print.

If that isn't working, you can open it up into some sort of photo software and check it. I'm sure you have Paint; right? Open it in Paint and go to image - attributes. It will show the image resolution there.
