is this an ok gift

BFF just got married a few months ago though she has lived with her DH for a few years and they have a kid together.  Anyway, they had a beach wedding and have some great pictures and I know they didn't get any big pictures from photographer because the photographer did the pictures for free as a gift and just gave them the cd of pics. 

 Anyway, there is a groupon for a 16x20 canvas print from cafepress and the groupon puts it in our gift price range we set for each other.  Is is cheap looking to just give a printed off gift certificate for a groupon?  I mean the value is about 140, just seems weird to hand her a piece of paper.  I figured I would put it in a card with a note about printing a beautiful wedding picture for her wall.  Thoughts?

    I think it's a great gift, I thought about giving a groupon as a gift and was hesitant because of the paper print out. I wish they could send you a gift card or something. I still think it's a great gift though and think she will love the thought!

    I think it is a great idea! I got my mom a massage through groupon last year and she loved it. I am sure your friend will be thankful for such a thoughtful gift.
