I went to the dr on tues had some light spotting then later that night i had a bunch of bleeding so i went and got checked out they said they thought my uterus was just irratable and then i've been cramping/contractioning since 10:30 this morning and I just went to the bathroom 5 mins ago and now i got blood again in my panty liner and im hurting plus ive had contstant light spotting since tues afternoon then like i said the  bleeding tues night and now bleeding again today

Sounds like early labor to me, but I'm no professional.  Definitely call/ go see your doctor!
