Can someone read this please and tell me if it's okay?
To Whom It May Concern,
We have been experiencing an interruption of our services now for a week. We have placed severals calls regarding the problem. When we are actually able to speak to a representative, we are eventually told that your company is experiencing "technical problems". We have not been given any estimation as to how long this will continue. I am disturbed by the lack of proactive communication on your company's part. At no time have we received a phone call or email to let us know that any technical problems exist and are being worked on, leaving it up to us to make continual phone calls to Technical Support.
If this situation is not resolved by the close of business today, I will expect a reduction in our fees for services. If this continues further, I will look to other companies for our hosting services. I would appreciate a response from someone as soon as possible regarding this matter.
