3rd Trimester

Electric Trimmer recommendations lol

Ok, so I've come to the conclusion that I'm a little too round now to be trying to shave with a regular razor. Does anyone who keeps themselves trimmed up down there have any recommendations for a good electric trimmer? I hate having the "hair down there" because it gets all itchy and weird feeling if I let it go too long between shavings.

Sorry for TMI lol!

Re: Electric Trimmer recommendations lol

  • I don't have any suggestions on a electronic trimmer but I also hate having hair down there and it's getting really hard to keep it up! Hope someone on here will have suggestions I will be watching! :)

  • I don't have a recommendation for an electric trimmer, but I have tried using a mirror with a stand on the edge of the tub or a chair. Sounds awful I know, but it does help you see things a little better. ;) I'd also like to know of a good electric trimmer. Seems like it would be easier!

  • i just got one from walmart!! main things for me were to make sure it was rechargable!! i hate buying batteries.  i like to clean up in the shower so mines waterproof. also different blades are nice.  one for more of the bikini area so its a smaller one, then a larger one so it goes quicker. i cant say i recommend a brand...i always just pick one thats inbetween high price and low price...lol

  • Yeah, I don't know the brand either, but I got one from Target in the men's shaving section. It's for beards and mustaches, supposedly, but works fine for my purpose.  :)  Mine is rechargeable, too, and cordless so I can trim in the shower stall before I start my shower.  Hope that helps.

Yeah, I'm borrowing my husband's beard/mustache trimmer, too, haha. It works great!

  • Haha! I thought about using DH's, but my luck he'd find out lol! Oh well, he's half the reason that I'm too round to shave with a razor ;)

  • If you don't mind spending a little money the Phillips Bliss bikini trimmer/ epilator is really nice. I lost mine on my honeymoon and have missed it ever since. It was a little pricey but I really liked all the different attachments including the epilator.

  • Anything that has length options and a good guard so you cant cut yourself and its all one even length. I use my husbands (shh) so im not sure where its from but it works GREAT! I used the shortest 1 or 2 setting and it was great. WAY better than razor and yes standing in the tub was so easy.
