Etsy advice(nbr)
I ordered an apron 2 weeks before thanksgiving. And never heard anything from the seller for weeks, after numerous attempts to contact I filed non-delivery complaints with Etsy and PayPal. Well I heard from her but still apron should I just say I still haven got my stuff and ask for money back on PayPal? At this point I am very upset.

My life has a superb cast but I can't figure out the plot.
Did her shop have a shipping policy, or did you discuss when the turn-a-round would be?
I still think it's sucky, and as an etsy shop owner that is my worst fear, that something doesn't go out on time.
