At my birthing class this weekend the nurses mentioned that in the third tri we should be drink at least 3 liters of water per day---I'm probably drinking about 2 liters per day and have a hard enough time doing that. Should I really be drinking this much? How much are you drinking? Any tips for getting that extra liquid down?
Re: How much water are you drinking?
I drink as much as I can and don't worry too much if it's not perfect. It helps that my daughter likes to drink whatever I'm drinking, so I try to keep to water so she doesn't get hooked on juice and worse. I hit points in the day where I just can't drink enough water, so I tend to down a cup or two at a time during those periods.
