Do you ever shower with LO in a sling?

I've been seeing some made of mesh or swimsuit material and I'm curious about how useful they are.  If you've tried it, did it work well?  Did you get clean?  Did LO get clean, or was having him/her with you more about comforting?  Thanks in advance for any opinions!

I tried it with a solarveil sling and it just didn't work for us.  DD hated the mist on her face and it was just awkward for us all around so we only tried it once.  I did enjoy using it at the lake and pool throughout the summer, though.

I've heard of people doing it regularly and easily.  I only did it once (at a water park) and it seemed like more trouble than it was worth.  I was not skilled at it.

Although, the water RS did come in hand while we were in the pool and the other water park areas!
