Dizzy....

Has anyone else been really dizzy? if so what have you done to help it? Every time i woke up last night to go pee i was extremely dizzy and it has gotten a little better this morning but im still kind of dizzy...

I've had that too, but it was more when I would change from lying down to sitting up or standing or in the reverse order.  Dr. was concerned about my BP.  Sure enough my BP has been creeping up.

I definitely get more dizzy when i stand up from sitting or lying down. I think i may call my ob today and ask her about it. i have also came down with a horrible cold so maybe i have an ear infection that is causing it as well

I just dealt with this yesterday.  I woke up and before I even got out of bed I felt super dizzy...like the room was spinning.  I had to get up to get DD1, so I just had to take it slow.  It was almost like a hangover feeling, but obviously it wasn't.  I drank some water and tried to take it easy and not move too much (easier said than done with an 18 month old).  When she went down for a nap, so did I.  I woke up feeling much better and by the end of the day I was pretty much back to normal.  Thankfully I woke up feeling fine today, otherwise I would have called my OB just to be safe.
