PW: Do you STTN?

Not counting LO waking you, are you able to sleep through the night?  Or do you wake up easily/often.

Re: PW: Do you STTN?

NO....LO started sleeping through the night at 6 weeks and i have yet to STTN...im either waking up to go check on him, or thinking about all the things i DID NOT get done, I know Im crazy!

No. I really can't think of one time where I haven't woken up since I've had him. DS STTN but he still makes noises that wake me up, and if he doesn't, I wake up for some reason or other.

No, I really never have. I usually wake up 1-3 times and then need to pee (more now that I am pregnant). Takes me a while to fall asleep too.

No. I usually wake up at least one time bc I'm hot or cold, or bc DH is hogging the bed. I'm a light sleeper, which doesn't help.

Also, like PP once I'm up I think about all the stuff I have to do. :(

I do if I'm not sick. I could sleep through the end of the world because I sleep so hard, but if I'm sick I wake up ALL night.....
eta: DD is the only other thing that wakes me up. The moment I hear her make a noise on the monitor I wake up. It's crazy.

I have become a light sleeper since having DS. I wake up at least once to pee, check on DS, etc. I usually can go back to sleep though.

I definitely STTN no problem. Where I have problems is falling asleep I feel like it takes me forever!

I haven't STTN since before being pregnant with Olivia.

My whole life I've always woken at least once a night to pee. Probably the main reason my non-sleeping child didn't drive me to jump off a cliff, I'm used to broken sleep.

Yes, absolutely. I am a very heavy sleeper. Luckily Jackson got his sleep habits from me. He only wakes up in the night if he is sick.

I do for the most part. I randomly wake up when I roll over sometimes and my DH gets up for work around 4:00, so that always wakes me up. I am a very light sleeper now.

I do when I'm not super pregnant or taking care of a newborn.  Once DD#1 got past 7 months I STTN no problem.

No the other night DS STTN for the first time ever and I woke up at 530 thinking I heard him crying, I ran downstairs (he was sick) and he's still passed out cold LOL
  • Options
No, I will usually wake between 430 and 6 and then have a really hard time dropping off again.

My sleep went to sh!!t after DS1 was born, but it got better after I had DS2. Right now it's not great...insomnia sucks all around. I was talking with some friends the other day about how none of our moms sleep, either. Total side effect of motherhood ...

Very rarely... Even when DS doesn't wake up at night, he makes noises in his sleep which wake me. DH is even worse because he stays up much later than I do so I either hear him in the other room or when he comes into bed. Now, of course, I'm pregnant so I wake up at least a few times every night. Not to mention we are moving back to the US in a few days and I am very stressed about it so now I can't even fall asleep!

    :(

Not really.  I either wake up to pee or get woken up by random noises most days of the week.  If this happens before 3 I will usually fall back asleep.  If it happens after 3 then I am pretty much up for the day and live on coffee.

I sleep like the dead.  DH often comes to bed after me and I wake up in the morning surprised to see him in bed because I don't hear him or feel him get into bed.  But if Aiden makes a peep I'm out of bed in a flash.  Funny how that works :-p

I generally do not sleep through the night.  Maybe one or two nights a week I get a solid night of sleep, but generally I wake 2-3 times.
