Well that was underwhelming...

We had Seb's first PT appointment for his Torticollis.  They basically just showed us how to do little sit-ups with him and how to lean him from side-to-side so he's forced to engage his weak side of his neck.

I don't know what I was expecting but, basically it was just a nice woman playing with my baby for about 45 mins.  She seemed kind of confused as to why we were there since he will engage those muscles and turn his head completely.

She told us to do the games she showed us and make all of his toys and focus points to his left side so he had to turn his head but, other than that, nothing revolutionary. 

Oh well, better safe than sorry I suppose.
