We have the 512gb and I'll tell you, I thought he was crazy for getting that one but after just the first weekend of playing, we've saved almost 10gb in downloaded games and saved games. There are a lot of games you can download from the market that will eat up that 4gb super fast.

Ha! I have no idea. It's used for all the gory games that I never play.
ETA: I know it does videos since we used it for Netflix for awhile, too.
