Cervical change

Did anyone notice or have any symptoms prior to finding out there was decrease in cervical length?

 

Last week I was trying to potty train dd and was squatting down to help her later that day and every since my perineum has been swollen with palpable veins and sore. I have a us and ppt with OB in am so I guess I will find out.

I didn't have any symptoms whatsoever...mine did go down enough for me to be at home (around 27-28 weeks) and then I was put on bedrest at home from 30-34 weeks after that I was put off bedrest because if the boys decided to come they would not stop aftert 34 weeks- I still took it easy and was induced at 37 weeks 3 days.
